Relatively good patient care ratios, there will be busy times especially AM shift, but overall you get downtime and not too stressed, coworkers are usually helpful and nice

Cons

Management seems to act like they care, but don’t usually seem to listen to what we have to say when it comes to improvements for us

Cons

Corporate facility and can be difficult to get billing or financial questions answered. Healthcare continues to be short staff and there are frequent call ins.
