Pros

Really great people to work with. Echo was recently acquired by larger company with great resources and good leadership. Leaders are very passionate about the mission and progressing the company. Lots to learn and room to grow.

Cons

Benefits are not outstanding. Comp is on the low end. The pace can be a little crazy at times.

Pros

People are generally super chill, easy to work with. Work culture is much more laid back, very "San Diego". Because Echo (Formerly Healthline) got acquired, lots of changes happening, and usually for the better. Lots of room for mobility, if you find you don't like the field you're in.

Cons

Energy here is low: Don't come in expecting excitable people and cutting edge innovation. Perks are not very great: Not much offered besides the basics. Building is very old-school, lending to a stale, white-walled workplace.

Pros

Lots of freedom to try things the way you'd like to try them and experiment with new technology. Friendly people that all (mostly) want to help. Casual environment.

Cons

Not very organized. Disengaged leadership team, but that's changing, as they were recently acquired by a large public company. Pretty cruddy benefits.
