Pros

There are none. This company's policies are unfair and cost me a job that I loved.

Cons

I had a few issues with wakefulness during my shifts, which were 7pm to 7am. I'm the father of two kids under 4 years old. Sleeping during the day is tough enough, but I was accused by a co-worker of falling asleep and subsequently fired. I had addressed management about the issue, and given some good advice (take walks, get coffee, do what it takes). On the days I was accused of sleeping, I had not. It wasn't easy, but I stayed awake. Once I was accused, I was not allowed to present my side of the story, and no REAL evidence was provided to prove my co-worker's claim, I was simply dismissed. I LOVED the job, but it wasn't worth fighting a major corporation who were intent on dismissing me anyways.

Pros

It's very hard to get fired.

Cons

Poor benefits, low pay, prehistoric management, no option to work from home, very old technology, broken furniture, lack of executive foresight leading to near constant "fire drills", meaningless work. To soften the blow of low raises, they gave employees candy - not a joke!
