      The pay is by commission therefore the amount of money you make is up to your sales. But the commission per sale is very well paid.

      Cons

      Poor management, mandatory over time, and stressful environment.

      Pros

      EchoStar's core business is diverse, since it plays in the satellite, rocket, embedded software, mobile app, international and domestic, video realms. After a false start into the home automation arena, it is reinventing itself seeking new business lines.

      Cons

      It has been difficult to get management to consider change. Most executives have been here for 20+ years, and know one way to conduct business, from the top down. It will take time to turn this ship around.
