Pros

i guess there is an alright balance of work/culture

Cons

the environment is awful. There was a course i took awhile back, and they mentioned the hardest thing to do is change culture. Culture from the get go here is awful. Senior mgmt all team meetings are so forced. Basically, there isn't a team culture, it's more like your lucky to have a job here. There is no encouragement, no fun, just a simple 8-5 job.

Pros

Great training, you actually learn a lot about Dish Network offerings and customer service and sales. Training hours are standard. Once you get to the floor, the first few weeks are fine.

Cons

Trouble comes later on when they start with forced overtime and strange schedules. Sure, it allows for a few extra dollars on your paycheck but it interferes with life. If you are young or don't have a family this job is fine, if you plan on spending time with your loved ones, this might not be the best option for you.
