Pros

Steady pay checks such as they are, easy to coast through without much effort. Cheap TV. That's about it.

Cons

Read the other reviews and you'll find many that point out flaws in this company. The problem is that the flaws go so deep that no single review can cover them all: Low pay, misguided micro-management, poor benefits, top down dictates, lack of respect for employees (ideas, abilities, careers) by upper management, a corporate culture of continued mediocrity because that's the way we've always done it. The list just goes on and on.

Pros

Literally nothing. Do not work here.

Cons

Without question, this is the most appallingly mismanaged company I have ever had the misfortune of working for. The sheer dysfunction and staggering incompetence of leadership are enough to drive even the most patient employee to the brink. However, beyond the chaos and ineptitude, the company actively engages in unethical practices, including blatant extortion, exploitation, coercion, and intimidation against its own workforce. This is not just a toxic work environment—it is a place where employees are systematically undermined, manipulated, and subjected to a culture of fear and deception. Management operates with complete disregard for integrity, professional growth, or even basic human decency. Any semblance of accountability is nonexistent, and the leadership's priorities lie solely in self-preservation at the expense of its employees. No job, salary, or circumstance is worth enduring this level of dysfunction and abuse. If you value your sanity, your self-respect, and your professional future—STAY AWAY. Consider this your warning.

Pros

Opportunity to move up quickly, because people are constantly leaving

Cons

Company doesn’t trust its people. You have to badge in and out of the building, so can’t leave the building unless you want to make up the time by staying later.
