Pros

Flexibility, good pay, and benefits.

Cons

No room to advance. No actual training besides shadowing other employees. Too much driving and risking my own safety in rural areas. Director tries to wear to take on too many roles instead of hiring a CPI supervisor to do work she shouldn't be doing. Stressful work environment.

Pros

The boys we work with make a lot of the negatives worth it.

Cons

16 hours work days often with no breaks, food is not healthy choices and are given no other choice but to eat it. 4 days on 2 days off, don't let anyone tell you anything else they are lying if thy do. Your pay amounts to $5.30 per hr and its all legal, all of it.
