The clients are typically good, funny, and attentive. Pay is decent if you do not need to support a family.

Cons

Administration does not care about you. Communication does not flow, and you’re issues you may bring up will then be turned around on you as to how you “did wrong” and need to “fix” your process.

Cons

Responsible for metrics that were not within the employees' control, chronically understaffed with only half the contracted workers, and I was doing my caseload and customer service for two people.
