Everyone on the team gets along with each other and helps each other out when needed. The work environment is great!

Cons

The contract is only for three years. However, the work and work environment makes it worth the stay, and a contract renewal is possible!

Compensation does not match the work load, which is why the company has high turnover. People resign as soon as they find a better paying job. Also no stability in operating procedures. They have changes in top leadership every year.
