Employer match, but you have to stay there 5 years to be fully vested. My supervisor was sent from heaven.

Cons

Politics involving an employee who was passed over for supervisor job, and impractical work schedule. (I believe my office situation was atypical, and that other Eckerd locations would be fine.)
