The mission is good, and the people that actually work with the kids are wonderful.

Cons

Top management and the CEO are all training to be accountants. They only care about how many pennies they can save so they can tell the board of directors "look! We cut some more positions!"

The housing provided on weekends when you are not working was free and a huge benefit. It promotes self-growth as well.

Cons

Working five days a week for twenty four hours straight with a group of teenage girls can be challenging no matter what.

Cons

Leadership yelled or spoke down to employees creating a hostile work environment. Leadership would walk past you down the hall without acknowledging or saying hello. Communication was poor leaving employees to determine what was happening around them - never a good situation. Leadership would give last min. tasks daily that prohibited employees ability to focus or follow any type of plan for success.
