      Some great people, some horrible people.

      Pros

      It's a good experience for resume-building in the short term. Some good people there. Pay is ok but not great.

      Cons

      Average to low pay. No bonuses or raises. Little chance for advancement, depending on dept. Some supervisors are just terrible.

      Enjoy working here. The atmosphere is great. Everyone is respectful and seem to have the same goal.

      Salaries could be better , they seem to be just below average

      -experience that you could not receive anywhere else -close relationships with coworkers -intensive education in counseling

      Cons

      -aren't always heard by upperstaff -corrections aren't made/told until after you have made mistakes -tight budgeting
