      Pros

      You're your boss, make your own hours, flexible daily schedule, it is all on you to get it done, great benefits, company car, gas allowance, promoted based on performance. They give you the tools needed to do your job the best way you can. Nothing is out of your pocket unless you want it to be. All tools and a computer provided at no cost to you. If you are looking for a long career, look no further

      It is a 24/7 industry, some times the goals are difficult to reach, you are on call on some weekends usually average 1 every 5

      Highly ethical company. Strong competitor in great markets. Invests in technology to be successful. Strong culture, history of success and committed associates.

      Cons

      Not strong in IT functions / needs to invest in technology and field enablement. Has been successful but has not invested in some key areas.

      You are the installer and repair person as well as the sales person Equipment will take over your horme Training is terrible- and could be very dangerous as they do not train on how to safely work around electrical,dishmachines, etc Upper management makes promises that territory managers will do service work that they are not capable of doing in order to make a sale and then they are no where to be found once work needs to be completed. Upper management makes promises that they don't keep
