      A great team of people dedicated to the oil and gas industries, very customer focussed.

      Pros

      A great team of people, experienced Leadership and a real focus on oil and gas customers. We are supported by our management to work safely, ethically and to bring value to our customers, not just sell sell sell.

      Cons

      Energy Services is very Houston-centric, so opportunities really are often about being in Houston, and ideally being an American in Houston. The international region sometimes feels a bit second place to TX.

      Pros

      Great teams within the company and my experience has been excellent in that respect. Great technologies to work with and a lot of scope for travel and large scale project work.

      Cons

      Multiple acquisitions and large recent mergers have caused a lot or reorganisation in the company. Many knowledgeable workers left out in the cold. A lot of pressures to deliver short term cost savings and frequent management changes left many long term initiatives incomplete, or abandoned.

      Pros

      A lot of change happening drivien by strong growth pattern and M&A. This gives people the opportunity to take on challenges and drive beyond what more stable companies would offer. Opportunity for personal development, but you have to drive it very proactively. The climate is very friendly and informal, you can count on people to help / work collaboratively.

      Cons

      So much change and growth has led to complexity that the Company is trying to address by putting teams together, improving processes and tools and egnaging employees more broadly.
