      no experienced reps need apply---they are cleaning house of all senior AE's

      Pros

      you have a job with a salary, car and benefits.

      Cons

      when i came into this company their focus was hiring the best AE's they could get, experience was a must and they paid you for how hard you worked. A couple years later they now give a small salary with not a lot of opportunity for additional dollars if you have a mature territory your stuck financially. They are hiring AE's without any outside sales experience! They have become a marketing and finance drive company with huge control by human resources. Most reps share recruiter/job information

      company car is always a nice perk Benefits, Benefits, Benefits!!!! Flexible daily Schedule Opportunity to move around the country

      Cons

      Amount of pay for the work done is not high enough. 85% service and repair 15% sales (if you are lucky). Get ready to load up your garage with equipment! On call 5 days a week 24 hours a day. Occasional weekends without extra pay (1x per month). Moslty 10+ hour days. Gas money is enough to cover 60% of total monthly gas. Corporate structure has cut out many decisions of TM. Every year the company finds a way to cut out the little extra pay/ bonus you have to earn. To get promoted, start making friends, not showing performance.
