Thank you for taking the time to let us know your feedback regarding your time at ECI. We’re glad you share our appreciation for the incredible talent here, and found your own time with ECI a good opportunity to learn from many of them. We place a special emphasis on ongoing training and learning for all of our employees, and we’re glad you were able to take advantage of that by furthering your own knowledge and skills. Regarding your comment about our timekeeping policy, it appears you may not have fully understood our processes. We do have strict timekeeping requirements, and we do have a process for ensuring appropriate time is recorded and applied to the associated project. ECI has a defined procedure, outlined in our employee handbook, for requesting overtime when necessary to meet contractual obligations. When approved, employees are able to work the extra hours and log time accordingly. This is covered in our new employee onboarding. Since this is in our employee handbook, which you would have read your first day here and acknowledged your understanding of, we’re surprised there was so much confusion on this topic. Regardless, as a result of your feedback, we will consider more effective ways to ensure all employees are kept aware of this policy to ensure we don’t have this confusion in the future.
