      Pros

      The best part is the hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Theres no real room for promotion unless you apply for a planner training but its not guaranteed you'll even get into the program. They dangle a carrot of promotions but nothing ever happens. Don't even get me started on the planners... they're the worst. Know nothing and never want to talk to their own clients.

      Flexibility, good management, good benefits

      Cons

      No career progression, stuck working with bad clients because firm cares to much about revenues. Might give too much attention to low AUM clients.
