This is a very conservative company in a very conservative industry. If you like it you are in right place.

Cons

Products and technology are obsolete. No innovation. Usually things are 5-10 years behind industry standard. Some departments have very high turnover, like 100% in 2 years.

Pros

Incredibly nice people. Everyone is always extremely helpful and courteous. Periodically lots of small employee appreciation activities such as catered lunches. Easy to request PTO and lots of holidays. Paid full day off on your birthday, for example.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. There were ideas and some plans for a program that would allow current employees to make the transition to advisors, but did not look too promising.
