      Depending on dept, can be hard to know who has final say on things Change is slow but possible Arbitrary office vs. cube assignment (or seemingly) No free soft drinks (but free coffee and stuff)

      Lack of Coordination, Old School Club with Untrained Executives

      Pros

      Some new networks, but overall the place is in turmoil.

      Cons

      Total silo-ed old boys club, with a lot of unqualified senior managers and md's, some of whom recently hail from similar outfits, where they were famous for chaos and abuse, and just in it all for the party. If you have the same school behind you as earlier leaders, and especially if you have some sort of charm or foreign accent, you're pretty much given the keys to the kingdom, and allowed to keep the ship going down. A very unfair, unprofessional place.
