      Most of the individuals you will work with are amazing people

      Cons

      Strategy and vision has been lost after EFE was taken private Expect annual reorgs and slightly differently worded business goals as executives come and go Silos very much exist

      It had a good reputation in the past.

      Cons

      They bring lawsuits against planners that leave. Private equity ruined it. Upper management is clueless.
