      There are many good people who work there.

      Cons

      There is a lot of poor management and many layoffs. There is no loyalty to those who are in the weeds working hard. Only upper management get a career path and good salary/bonuses.

      Great leadership, comprehensive sales training, great team.

      Cons

      Sales heavily relied on the financial markets. Over saturation of Client Discovery Team made lead flow difficult. Advancement is one way track to becoming financial advisor. Vaccine mandate & forcing of employees to come back into office created off balance culture.
