      Inconsistent treatment of employees. There is a sliding scale of expectations depending on how close you are to the Executives or how well you can BS.

      Structured, well paid, reasonable work life balance

      Cons

      micromanaging, corrupt, and practices lack integrity. company requires all staff to have the covid vaccine. hr and senior mgmt are bullies although they pretend they are on your side to help you get your job done. I think mostly they are an eeoc complaint waiting to happen.
