      The Digital Department is a fun, young department that works hard to execute innovative digital campaigns for every single client. Oftentimes these are more traditional consumer clients who are just figuring out what it means to develop a social media strategy. Edelman Digital prides itself in having the know-how to take the reins and help launch social media campaigns.

      Cons

      The department is constantly evolving to keep up with new trends. There is a lot of growth and turnover.

      Smart people, good clients, investing in technology to support teams, working to address negatives through integrated committees, independant company allows for re-investment vs. pay outs to investors

      Cons

      Competitive P&L's, disconnect b/t Sr. management and rank/file, work/life balance is talked about - but difficult to acheive, salaries are not as competitive as other firms
