The company has strong values, is very humanized and invest a lot in training and employee development. Plus, here you will meet fantastic people from all over the world.

Cons

It is a very demanding business and this is a very demanding company, so, work-life balance is a big challenge. Plus, in a global perspective, politics can be something difficult do deal with.
