      Pros

      Edelman has a great reputation, as everyone knows, and there certainly is lots of room to grow (if you know the right people and are part of the circle of office elites). People at Edelman are incredibly smart and understand the various industries very well. The global networking for account servicing is unmatched.

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance at Edelman. Junior level staff are highly disregarded no matter how much they burn the midnight oil to keep the accounts afloat. There are office politics to no end, and personal feelings/vendettas almost always trump professional merit.
