Able to work remotely during pandemic Values education and experience Leadership are experts in the field of autism Effective communication within departments

Only a con due to Covid, but working remotely - miss in person conversations and office structure

Pay is below industry standards Mediocrity/incompetence is tolerated too much champions are overworked and beyond capacity certain departments are top heavy and ineffective
