Pros

They offer good benefits to employees. It makes sense as a benefits company. Overall technologies are fine

Cons

Salaries aren't really as high as industry standards. Leadership is very inconsistent and decisions are questionable.

Pros

- Great local leadership - Travel to France for workshops (although, I heard they are going to stop this due to budget)

Cons

- Terrible leadership at Group level (at eQ, France, especially GEC members) - When deliverables need to be completed, treats employees well, once deliverable is done, then employees are left to fend for themselves / let go - Treats employees like resources instead of people, yet have the audacity to run a bootcamp titled 'Dream Team', spending $$$
