Fun rewarding place to work! Family friendly very understanding about family obligations,time off and work/life balance.

Cons

The hiring process can take a while with background checks clearances etc. It may take a while to move up the ladder in salary.

Everyone there, including employees, managers, and residents, was very friendly. They were also very helpful and the residents were understanding when I first started and/or hadn't encountered a situation before. I basically got to pick my on schedule. Every two weeks we filled out what days we wanted to work and what days we didn't. The posted schedule usually kept to what you wanted.

Cons

There was some favoritism between the managers and employees to decide what section you got. It was basically a restaurant setting with no tips.
