      Co-workers can be nice. Benefits are good.

      I want anyone reading this to know that I am not furiously lashing out, just trying to warn you. I watched this company go from a decent organization to a micro-managed nightmare. They always want more. I watched so many employees (who were far better employees than me honestly) get driven out by their demanding ways. Management can be very vindictive. It is the epitome of those “we’re a family!” organizations.

      Good for becoming familiar with systems, working with teams, and advancing your skills with multitasking and delegating tasks

      Pay could be better to account for the amount of areas you need to be skilled in to reach this position within the company

      Training is good after that it's all downhill.

      Free coffee, snacks once a week. Competitive pay. Average benefits. Most holidays off.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Management heavy. Leadership uses fear mongering, dehumanizing tools to attempt to motivate, such as don't use the bathroom in the next hour or get terminated. Embarrasses employees by terminating them and boxing up their stuff and laughing at them in front of other employees instead of guiding them to learn their job in a more positive way.
