Pros

pay is good (if you dont want benefits, with benefits its 16 an hour but without its 20 an hour). Overtime available during peak (its actually required). They pay you for the pre-hire onboarding process. Lots of holidays off.

Cons

Takes weeks to get a full clearance, including a full investigation and multiple interviews with government officials before you can even start, as well as after you start. They dont actually care about you. My coworker had to get an accommodation from a DOCTOR just to be allowed to use the restroom when she needs rather than at specific SHORT times. The work is nonstop, and they WILL be all up on you about it. Workforce is constantly pushing them to make us be in the restroom, doing call followup, notes, etc as short as possible. On average outside of peak im taking 100 calls a day. in peak youre taking about 140. They wont let you work from home until 6 months in even if it means you have to quit due to conflicts with working onsite. The training was abysmal. got 1.5 weeks of actual on topic training and then was thrust onto the phones with no knowledge and no help. there is a help desk but those agents are also taking calls all day and are never available to actually help. There are blackout dates for peak meaning you cant request any time off for over a month multiple times a year. They are constantly hiring because most people don't make it past 6 months because the work is terrible. Half the people i trained with have already quit

Pros

Not difficult to do once you learn all of the information, learn more as you go, fun culture, potential for remote, opportunities to move up quickly, Xmas bonus, pay increase fairly quickly

Cons

Micro managing depending on who you report to, not much PTO, frustrating customers
