There are many pros: flexible schedule, benefits, mentorship, and more. I have been with the company for nearly a decade, and I have been through many changes throughout the years. I’ve been given many great opportunities in my tenure and the leadership team in my area is great.

Cons

Cross-training across the company can be challenging and it often results in negative attitudes. Ensuring that areas are not over extending themselves to help others and following through with staff once they have been trained would go a long way.

Pros

I came back to the workforce after being out for 5 years. EdFinancial saw the potential in me and has let me grow in the short time I have been here. Everyone seems to have a smile on their face and a want to make EdFinancial a great place to work. The benefits are great too!

Cons

If you like large corporate structure, this is not the place for you; expect a small company environment and all the pros and cons that come with that.
