Intellectually challenging and lots of opportunity for personal growth

Pros

Exciting place to work as company has huge growth aspirations, including its ongoing acquisition strategy to grow its Digital Commerce capability set. Continued investment in the business and the people. Significant opportunities for career and personal growth within Edge and the wider Ascential group Work with intelligent and driven colleagues Part of the larger Ascential company which has a really interesting and diverse mix of businesses, but all part of a joined up strategy to support the Digital Commerce ecosystem

Cons

Pace of change and company's high expectations can require longer hours than other corporates.

Growing Company - Not Perfect, But Lots of Opportunities

Pros

Edge is a growing company. The company was recently rebranded with other companies into the Edge brand and because of this, has some really strong things going for it. Edge has a decent package and leaders are working with HR to put together competitive compensation. We have our annual trip to London which is fun. Lots of benefits which have helped my family and a decent time off package.

Cons

Because it is a growing company, sometimes communication isn't as great as it should be. Lots of focus on growth but sometimes we felt forgotten. Covid-19 has been difficult, but I imagine most people at companies are getting burned out.

Covid-19 has surely been difficult on all of us. Please come talk to your HR Business Partner and he/her will be able to come work with you on communication concerns.
