IT department is quite friendly and helpful Good office location when not in lockdown Decent benefits and resources to upskill.

Cons

The role did not really match up to the job description so it became unfulfilling. Inappropriate managerial hierarchy given on short notice. Was a data analyst with basically an accountant for a manager when my job description said I would report to someone else. This lead to insecure and overreaching behaviour from the manager and feelings of isolation and a lack of camaraderie from myself. Did not enjoy the tech stack and managers were not open to conversation regarding this. The mantra was just to steamroll ahead. It could be isolating and sometimes, the staff I conversed with were quite aggressive in their tone and attitude when I was just trying to do my job.

Thank you for your comments! You are right that there are growing pains as the company grows. I'm sorry that you had experiences where you felt that you weren't heard. This is definitely not part of the culture that we are trying to build. One of several ways that we have implemented this is through our monthly town hall meetings where all employees have access to bring up questions with our CEO. Through this and many other meetings with all leaders, we are hoping that people will feel comfortable to bring up any questions or concerns with their leaders. Thank you for you feedback!

- Good company and challenging work - Great people and professionals across all teams in all regions - Considering all mergers, challenges and global projects the company has done really well

Cons

- It feels the the company needs more stability. Everything moves at a very fast pace, which is good, but at times it can feel too much - Salaries could be improved
