There are so many cliques at the facility. The clinical staff looks down on anyone who is not clinical. The front desk person is never there and never does his job (he is always off doing other things or flirting with the clinical staff). The activities department talks down to everyone like they don't know anything, even though she has no education or background working with the elderly. Management is rude and never does anything they promise. They told me they would send me to CNA school in my interview and then fired me when I told them when the class was over and cited that I was requesting too much time off.
