      Pros

      The company as a whole is a great little company with a great environment to work. The people are ones you do not mind being around day after day. I know other companies say they are like a family, but not too many owners, CEO's and managers know each employee the way this company does.

      Cons

      Starting pay was terrible but it improved after I was hired.

      Pros

      Some independent departments have good team cohesion and chemistry. Make an effort to keep things social with frequent company lunches.

      Cons

      Communication or collaboration are really lacking. Micromanagement owner runs a command-and-control operation with communications withing the company discouraged. Reinvestment in the company is dramatically below what is required for the company to stay competitive. Engineering (product development) and sales & marketing are way underfunded with little or no market-focused direction.
