      Pros

      This company has a great atmosphere, benefits are great, including a $150 for health club membership reimbursement, people are wonderful. Everyone gets along. Work is challenging but doable.

      They do expect your best effort.

      Pros

      The company as a whole is a great little company with a great environment to work. The people are ones you do not mind being around day after day. I know other companies say they are like a family, but not too many owners, CEO's and managers know each employee the way this company does.

      Cons

      Starting pay was terrible but it improved after I was hired.
