Pros

The people are awesome and unique. You feel empowered to come to work and take risks! Great pay and benefits, office are awesome, the company provides groceries so you really don't have to spend money on the expensive eateries nearby, CEO often buys lunch for the office, the Coffee machine is amazing.

Cons

I can't think of a single con. The Founders are passionate about the business and the people.

Pros

Love the culture they have created. It really feels like a family. They pay 100% for the medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums. Pay is very competitive

Cons

The office space is pretty tight at the moment but they are looking for a new bigger location for us to move into. No real cons
