Wow - great interview + on-boarding experience

Pros

Wow - Edify is awesome from the inside out! Starting with the interview process, meeting CEO first for fit and personal alignment, then quickly through the key decision makers. The Edify recruiting and HR team really respected my time and quickly move to on-boarding within a total of 4 weeks - which impressed me. Edify has a 4-day workweek and wants employees to enjoy Friday off! Wow- great people, great product set, great benefits. Five star experience including direct deposit on cycle, home office equipment is high quality and arrived early. Edify education department has a great Edify employee training program. Edify employee benefits are great, including Parent Club, Book Club, and fun internal groups to support your professional thing whatever it is you do.

Cons

No real cons that I know of. Maybe - Fridays off for some? I actually like getting my work done M-Th and taking Friday off, typical 3 day weekend is weird sort of, where I want to get back to work on Monday. Is that a Con? lol

Pros

It’s a very collaborative environment. I feel like my thoughts and ideas are heard, and decisions for trying changes are based on data and research. I get the feeling they have my best interest at heart and want me to be successful, giving me the tools to do so. The benefits are great, and although we work in the office 4 days a week, they’re flexible with time off (unlimited) and work from home when you need it.

Cons

It’s a young company, so there are some processes that are still being developed, which is understandable. Some of these processes could probably be streamlined more. But it seems to work, so hey.

Pros

- Incredible work/life balance - and I mean INCREDIBLE - Great perks, ocean view office, fun team - Everyone strives to motivate, recognize and encourage each other - this is HUGE and something I did NOT see at my previous companies - Truly a wonderful company with an amazing vision and product
