Great pay for the region. Opportunity to advance while waiting for oil market to improve provided you can get into classes which has been a problem.

Cons

Long hours, but currently never know how many days you will be at work or when your next assignment will be-could and often is gauged in weeks.

Met some good people along the way and the pay was ok if you got your full rate and didn't get crap from your coordinator.

Cons

They have no care what so ever about employee's lively hood, they just drop you from a rotation whenever they feel like and leave you at home for as long as they like, to make sure the good ole boys stay working.
