Pros

Edison International cares about its most important assets - its people. With safety first, the messaging is real and training is by far the best I have ever experienced. I can not say enough about my wonderful work experience and the rewards that came as a result of my hard work. Recognition of individual contributions as well as those supporting the team are part of the culture at Edison. You will not find a better company for diversity, equality and acceptance for all.

There are no cons as an Edison Employee - it was the best experience.
