Pros

Great company and many bright people. Outstanding benefits and development opportunities. Very supportive, friendly environment. Great culture. Outstanding C-level leadership.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to get things done. A lot of politics and relationships are often more important than business. Strong company culture is quite capable of eating both innovation (and new people) for breakfast.

Pros

Projects are interesting; Great entry levels positions for electric engineers.

Cons

Extraordinary high corporate politics which create hostile work environment and favoritism.
