      None . Sadly, the Company has changed.

      Cons

      Now: Discrimination tolerated. Inconsistent treatment of disabled employees company wide and even from one disabled employee to next.. "Immediate supervisor is ultimate decision maker" when it comes to a disabled employee. If you file a complaint outside the Company, prepare to be fired.
