Pros

Nice, friendly environment full of challenges, motivational management, great team building events and appraisals but you always need to engage yourself with the other team to enjoy career advancement.

Cons

there is not much to complain about in my opinion, the only thing that may need some enhancement is the overall company's long term planning towards the business in general, other than that its an awesome place to work.

Pros

Amazing service to customers. Incredible technology. Locally focused but internationally renowned. Safety is a major priority. Not overly matrixed.

Cons

There are sad stories from the past. There is a divide between old school culture and the high performance culture of the future that is gaining traction.
