Pros

There is flexibility for work life balance. Great space to network and contribute to the community through volunteerism.

Cons

The leaders are clueless at the highest level and lack the ability to be empathetic! They say they want to be a people first firm but their actions of consistent layoffs, reorganization and lift and shifts of people without real consideration of individuals happens often. The inability to make a decision runs rampant and is made at the wrong level. It’s often by committee. The department level leadership and above are often lacking experience and have huge egos. They don’t care about people. They are too busy trying to outshine their peers and insult and degrade the people beneath them. It’s a lot of pat my ego and be rewarded. Not by true performance rewards.
