      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential. Freedom to work how you want. They offer good benefits and incentives. Yearly trips if you make expectations.

      Cons

      Knocking on doors as a form of prospecting. It works well, but can be very slow and arduous. If you can stick it out for the first couple of years, this job can be absolutely amazing. It's just not for everybody. You must be able to sell. The payout scale is quite a bit less than the industry average, but the company culture is also set up differently.

      Pros

      The harder you work the more you work. Your your own boss so you do things your way. But you still get a lot of advice from vets and leaders. Plenty of training and a plan that works

      Cons

      Going door to door first couple of years. Most finacial advisors have to door knock about 2 hours a day thier first couple of years

      Pros

      Financial advisors can control their own work schedules. This is a good place to begin career in financial services, but should only stay for a year or two.

      Cons

      General Partners in the corporate office make all the money. This system seems like a big pyramid scheme. Also, the benefits are terrible. The health care is extremely expensive and most FA's insure individualy outside the group plan.
