Leadership and culture has tanked since Enterprise Reimagined. They took five months to do layoffs and let everyone pressure cook while ELT attempted to diagram their assets from their elbow (and still aren't done). Absolutely insane change management process- projects stall out for months or years with no movement and no ownership. Competent people are being shoved out the door; bootlickers are put in positions they can't or just won't do in an attempt to hide major issues from regulators. Gaslighting is rampant and good luck growing your career if you're not willing to drink the koolaid about how they're totally modernizing their tech stack and haven't wasted a billion dollars on revolving products, reorgs and consultants.
