Pros

The firm provides invest in lots of new tools and also provides training for the new tools. It has been a great place to work and learn new skills. All my direct leaders have been wonderful and very supportive in my development. Many of the associates are fun and personable to work with.

Cons

There is not much contact with upper management. I’ve had 4 direct leaders in the last 3 years. Lots of change with not much direction. Although my leaders have been awesome, the excessive change management makes promotions impossible. I feel like I constantly have to prove myself with every new leader. The benefits are costly and the deductibles are high. My health benefits with the temp agency was better because they cost less and covered more. Then we have to play this little game of if you sign up for this app and participate in these programs and if your doctor signs these papers then you get a discount!

Pros

The pay is fair for the work and commonly there is a bonus every trimester. 3 weeks PTO to start. The insurance coverage is better than I expected. (pay your deductible and any co-insurance, after that everything is covered 100% in network)

Cons

Hybrid required those in the STL & Tempe areas for a job that can be done fully remote and was fully remote (for YEARS) until they randomly changed the rules. The upper management seem out of touch with their rank and file employees concerning what they see and worries they have for the branch, home office, and - of course - the client.
