My time with Edward Rose has been both rewarding and challenging. I still have a lot to learn and have made connections with some amazing people to guide me with current processes and ways to improve. I enjoy the environment and as always a good challenge.

Cons

I can see a lot of potential for improvement, however, I feel like the biggest bottle neck is with the management and maintenance workers not being held accountable for their time and work ethnics.

Great supervisor and staff to work around. Rewarding job to be able to tear an apartment clear down and put in the work to make it look like brand new for the next tenant.
