Lost the special culture, it's just like any other company now i.e. J&J jr. Politics are out of control and it's branded as relationship based Your salary is discussed less time than it took you to make your last presentation. Exceeds expectations was 4.2% increase. Having a talent designation is a curse for more projects that go no where

Cons

Demoralizing, highly political and toxic environment. Lack of leadership contributes to managers and directors becoming focused on personal gain. Culture of arrogance and incompetence. Low trust environment that hinders work and employee satisfaction affecting mental health. Extreme lack of leadership that creates reactionary approach. Favoritism and biased are big here. The meaningful nature of the work is overshadowed by a toxic work culture.
