keeping busy in a store that sells equipment for a game i love.

Cons

Updated computer has added many steps to take someones $$,looking up inventory more difficult,orders more difficult,store transfers difficult as well.far to many steps for someone who has just spent 1 hr selling and fitting the customer.Then very little pay.

Excellent employee discounts, knowledgeable staff, staff longevity, smaller office, flexible work hours for most employees.

Cons

Reduction in hours, pay freezes, not as family oriented as they used to be, corporate culture - without the corporate.
